Refund Policy

- This refund policy applies only to tickets purchased online via the website at http://www.sandwiches.co.nz. Any refunds on tickets to events at Sandwiches purchased through other ticket sellers (eg. TIcketmaster, Real Groovy), are subject to the refund policy of that ticket seller.

- Refunds on tickets purchased will only be made if The Event is cancelled.

- If an artist cancels for reasons beyond The Promoters control, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar act of equal or better quality. In this instance, a refund will not be available.

- Refunds must be collected by The Purchaser from Sandiwches Bar, 8 Kent Terrace, between the hours of 3pm and 5pm, Tuesday to Friday.

- To claim a refund, you must present a copy of the online purchase receipt emailed to you at the time of purchase.

- Refunds will be made to the same credit card used to purchase the tickets. No cash refunds are available.

- The amount of the refund is strictly limited to the amount paid by you to Sandwiches for the ticket/s to the Event. Sandwiches and the Promoter will never be liable for any costs, direct or indirect that have been incurred by the purchaser as a result of purchasing the tickets, or attending, or attempting to attend the Event.

- The amount of the refund will not include the booking fee (if any) charged when purchasing the tickets.

- Sanwiches are not required to offer a refund to tickets purchased in error, where that error is the result of the Purchaser (or their agent) making an incorrect decision or changing their mind.

- Definitions:
"The Purchaser" means the owner of the credit card used in the online purchase transaction.
"The Promoter" means the person or orginisation responsible for ehte booking or payment of the artist featured at the event for which the ticket was purchased.
"The Event" means the specific event for which the ticket was purchased, as stated on the online purchase receipt.
